Señorita -Justin Timberlake Feat. Pharrell Williams / 2003

Señorita는 US 싱어송라이터 저스틴 팀버레이크(Justin Timberlake)가 2003년 발표한 솔로 데뷔 앨범 <Justified>에 수록한 곡으로  UK 13위, 아일랜드 15위, 캐나다 19위, US 27위 등을 기록했다. 뉴진스(NewJeans)의 Attention은 이 곡을 살짝 레퍼런스 한 것 같기도 하다. 

 

저스틴과 채드 휴고(Chad Hugo), 퍼렐 윌리암스가(Pharrell Williams)가 만들고 채드와 퍼렐이 프로듀서를 맡았다. 홍보글에서 저스틴은 "스티비 원더(Stevie Wonder)의 영향을 받았고 화자의 관심을 끄는 검은 피부를 가진 관능적인 여자를 떠올렸어요"라고 말했다. 

 

뮤직비디오는 폴 헌터(Paul Hunter)가 감독을 맡았고 L.A의 한 클럽에서 촬영했다. MTV VMA에서 남자부문 후보에 올랐으나 어셔(Usher)의 Yeah!가 받았다. 

 

가사는 사랑하는 연인으로부터 제대로 대접받지 못하는 대상에게 자신이 잘 대해줄 수 있으니 자신에게 오라고 말하는 내용이다.
