I Lay My Love On You - 웨스트라이프 Westlife / 2000

 

I Lay My Love On You는 아일랜드 그룹 웨스트라이프(Westlife)가 2000년 발표한 2번째 스튜디오 앨범 <Coast To Coast>에 수록한 곡으로 영미권 외에 싱글을 내서 스웨덴 10위 등 유럽 여러 나라에서 사랑을 받았다. 아직까지도 계속 사랑을 받는 스테디셀러다. 

 

요르겐 엘로프손(Jörgen Elofsson), 페르 마그누손(Per Magnusson), 데이빗 크루거(David Kreuger) 등이 만들고 페르와 데이빗이 프로듀서를 맡았다.

 

가사는 힘들었지만 천사같은 새로운 사람을 만나 삶이 바뀌었다고 말하는 내용인 것 같다.
