Stand Up - Santana Feat. Alex Ligertwood / 1979

Stand Up은 까를로스 산타나(Carlos Santana)가 이끄는 그룹 산타나(Santana)가 1979년 발표한 <Marathon> 앨범에 수록한 곡으로 1980년대에 산타나 앨범의 리드 보컬을 맡았던 알렉스 리것우드(Alex Ligertwood)가 보컬로 처음 참여한 앨범이다. 

 

까를로스와 앨범에서 기타와 키보드를 맡았던 크리스 솔버그(Chris Solberg)가 만들었고 까를로스, 키스 올센(Keith Olsen), 데이빗 드 보어(David De Vore)가 프로듀서를 맡았다.

가만히 있지말고 일어서서 맞서자는 내용을 담고 있다. 어떤 시위나 저항에 관한 곡으로 느껴진다.
