The Sweetest Days는 바네사 윌리암스(Vanessa Williams)가 1994년 발표한 세 번째 스튜디오 앨범의 타이틀곡이다. 미국 18위, 영국 41위에 올랐고 미국 연말 결산 75위를 차지했다.  

곡은 존 린드(Jon Lind), 웬디 왈드맨(Wendy Waldman), 필 갤스톤(Phil Galdston)이 만들었고 키스 토마스(Keith Thomas)가 프로듀서를 맡았다.  

가사는 결혼생활의 온갖 역경을 딛고 살아가는 부부의 이야기라는데, 상황에 맞게 여러 각도로 해석할 수 있을 것 같다.
