This One's For The Children은 뉴 키즈 온 더 블락(New Kids On The Block)이 1989년 발표한 크리스마스 앨범 <Merry, Merry Christmas>에 수록한 곡으로 미국, 아일랜드 7위, 영국 9위, 캐나다 15위 등을 기록했다.

 

모리스 스타(Maurice Starr)가 곡을 만들고 프로듀서를, 조던 나이트(Jordan Knight)와 도니 월버그(Donnie Wahlberg)가 리드 보컬을 맡았다.

 

가사에 민주주의와 모든 복지의 철학인 “Just remember they could be us”를 품고 있는 게 아닐까 싶다.
