Grass - Animal Collective / 2005

Grass는 애니멀 콜렉티브(Animal Collective)가 2005년 발표한 6번째 스튜디오 앨범 <Feels>에 수록한 곡으로 피치포크 선정 ‘2000년대 최고의 노래’ 73위에 올랐다.

 

리더인 에이비 테어(Avey Tare, David Michael Portner)를 중심으로 멤버들이 함께 만들고 프로듀서도 공동으로 맡았다.

 

가사는 어린 시절, (아마도 처음) 사랑하기 직전의 설레는 감정, 그리고 섹스의 느낌을 표현한 것 같다. 편곡이 뭔가 향수를 자극하는 느낌이 든다.
