Wish You Were Here - Eddie Fisher / 1952

Wish You Were Here는 에디 피셔(Eddie Fisher, 19280810 ~ 20100922)가 1952년 발표한 곡으로 US 1위, 연말결산 7위, UK 8위 등을 기록했다.

 

해롤드 롬(Harold Rome)이 만들고 휴고 윈터홀터(Hugo Winterhalter)가 지휘와 연주를 맡았다. 해롤드는 같은 제목의 뮤지컬을 위해 이 곡을 만들었다.

 

가사는 누군가와 (사망 등으로) 헤어진 후 주변의 것들이 이전과 다르게 보이는 느낌을 표현했다.
