Going In Circles - Friends Of Distinction / 1969

Going In Circles는 US 보컬 밴드 프렌즈 오브 디스팅크션(Friend Of Distinction)이 1969년 발표한 곡으로 US 15위, 연말결산 29위를 기록했다. 루더 밴드로스(Luther Vandros)를 비롯해 많은 가수들이 커버 했다.

 

제리 피터스(Jerry Peters)와 아니타 포리(Anita Poree)가 만들고 존 플로레즈(John Florez), 레이 코크 주니어(Ray Cork, Jr.)등이 프로듀서를 맡았다.

 

가사는 화자의 짝사랑하는 마음을 표현한 것이거나 상대의 밀당과 어장 관리 같은 것들로 인해 연모 하는 상대의 주변만 계속 돌고 있는 마음을 표현한 것 같다.
