Anything - Adrianne Lenker / 2020

Anything은 US 인디 밴드 빅 씨프(The Big Thief)의 리드 보컬 에이드리안 렌커(Adrianne Lenker)가 2020년 발표한 6번째 스튜디오 솔로 앨범 <Instrumentals>에 수록한 곡으로 OC 선정 '2020년 최고의 곡' 5위에 올랐다. 

 

에이드리안이 만들고 필 와인로브(Phil Weinrobe)가 공동으로 프로듀서를 맡았다. 필은 녹음과 믹싱에도 관여했다.

 

가사는 마지막에 언급하는 "Indigo"로 미루어 보아 앨범을 낼 때쯤 헤어진 US 뮤지션 인디고 스파크(Indigo Sparke)에 관한 내용으로 보인다. 둘만이 겪었던 일을 단편적으로만 말하고 있어 구체적으로 알기는 힘들지만 그 사건들로 인해 불화의 불씨가 계속 제공된 것으로 보인다.
