Good Vibrations는 US 힙합 그룹 마키 마크 & 더 훵키 번치(Marky Mark & The Funky Bunch)가 1991년 발표한 데뷔 앨범 <Music For The People>에 수록한 곡으로 US 1위, 댄스 1위, 연말결산 20위, 캐나다 7위, UK 14위, 아일랜드 16위 등을 기록했다. 퍼즈피드 선정 '1990년대 최고의 댄스 음악'43위, 빌보드 선정 '1990년대 최고의 음악' 115위에 올랐다. 

 

뉴키즈온더블록(New Kids On The Block)의 멤버 도니 왈버그(Donnie Wahlberg)와 원래 뉴키즈온더블록의 초창기 멤버였으나 노래가 아닌 랩이 하고 싶어 와신상담한 도니의 동생 마키 마크(Marky Mark, Mark Wahlberg)가 만들고 도니가 프로듀서를 맡았다. 후렴은 US 디스코 뮤지션 로리타 할러웨이(Loleatta Holloway, 19461105 ~ 20110321)가 1980년 발표한 Love Sensation을 샘플링 했다. 

 

뮤직비디오는 스캇 캘버트(Scott Kalvert)가 감독을, 데이빗 호건(David Hogan)이 프로듀서를, 권투선수 미키 워드(Micky Ward)가 복싱 지도를 맡았다. 마키와 미키, 로리타, 배우 트레이시 빙엄(Traci Bingham) 등이 출연했다. 

 

가사는 자신이 만든 음악으로 춤을 추며 기분좋은 떨림을 느끼자는 내용이다.
